They don't care, had our kitchen designed there the company they sent out to do so had all this fancy equipment and still measured wrong, received cabinets and the was to big so we had to wait to have them redone, we ordered appliances there and same thing refrigerator was wrong size and had a wait on it well that's what we was told, but come to find out it was the dishwasher on back order, but was told everything was in stock, All willing to help but when they get your money it's all over, they dont care or didn't on our issues

This review applies to installation services. Having to remove my own carpet and padding even though it is included in instillation, due to a miscommunication between Home Depot and the installer. This delayed my install a week took a ton of my time. The reason I did not just call Home spot and have them redo the quote is because, I also had them installing a new roof on my house that they double charged the deposit on basically leaving me without a few thousand dollars for a week. Ended up going with a different roofer.
