This is my second emergency call to DS and this time it was a major one. Busted, frozen pipe and it was raining down on my head. They came in a flash on a Sunday morning. They were so efficient and sympathetic...I so glad I have a service contract.
I called to request that they replace the two-bowl kitchen sink with a single-bowl sink I purchased. After describing the project in detail to their office, they sent out a plumber. The plumber who came (and was good- he's the reason I gave 2 stars and not 1) informed me that they would not install the sink because they don't work with granite countertop installations! (Too much liability they said.) Basically, I got to pay $59 dollars for them to come out and refuse to install the sink! At the end of the day the guy manning the desk should have known that and saved me the time, trouble and expense of engaging them.
got in reasonable agreement with company, had no problem with their work, just was disagreement at pricing, but they promised to fix it
