Best customer service I have ever had. This company stands by its work and the technician is extremely knowledgeable. I have several heating systems and central air conditioning systems and I can count on RED to maintain and service them when it is convenient for me. They provide quality service when ever I need them. When I needed a hot water heater replacement they responded quickly and from the time I found the leak to the time it was replaced was only a matter of hours, not days. Amazing service and great care and attention to detail. I highly recommend this company for all Heating, A/C systems and hot water systems. They know their products and their 24 service is amazing.

I had the best experience with this company. Derrick was so friendly, helpful and reliable. I called last minute and he was able to squeeze me in the same day! Called several other places before him and was turned down. Fixed the problem with our a.c. unit & showed up when he said he would. Very affordable too. Would highly recommend Red Company!

I had called the big name company Gem and Carson etc. no one could come out til Tuesday to fix central air unit. I called the Red company. He came out within the hour on a Saturday during the hottest weekend and fix the issue. Awesome service. Friendly!

I contacted Red Co. and within 48 hours they had provided an annual preventive maintenance on six different air conditioning units, from a couple of splits to large whole house compressor units. The tech was right on time, arrived with all of the replacement filters necessary to do a complete swap out and even though the filters were packed with dust and debris there was no mess left behind. Everything was immaculate. On top of that, the pricing was very fair . . . in fact, the job was so good I was happy to pay, imagine that.

Derek was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. I have had trouble getting anyone else to come out and he came out with no extra fees on a holiday weekend. Great company and service.
