We live in Torrington, CT. and recently needed a new boiler for our heating system. We called MJ Fahy and they were able to install a new boiler quickly and did an excellent job. The men came on time and were clean and efficient, no mess left behind. during the installation.We also had them install a "Nest" thermostat the same day and the entire system now works beautifully!
Horrible customer relations. We just moved into Heritage Village and are in need of a new Air Conditioning Unit and Heat Pump. We called a week ago and scheduled our appointment for today. I called yesterday and confirmed with an office person that we were still on--yes, still on for 1:00 pm today. Today, 1 pm came and went. We called and the office person informed me they rescheduled me for another week from now and claimed my phone was not working when they called. My phone was working fine yesterday, and there is no record of them calling in my missed calls or messages. She continued to make one excuse after another, always making it sound like my fault. On the positive side, I am glad this happened before we decided to do business with them.
