Receptionist that answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. She answered my phone call like she was disgusted to take it, was very terse. I cannot comment on the quality of their work but if this is how they answer the phone that is sad. Based on these other reviews it looks like her attitude is a pretty good reflection of the quality of the company.

It’s really hard to find companies who do great work in this day and age but First Time Heat & Air is one of the all-time greats! They repaired my AC unit after other companies had told my husband and I that our air conditioning unit was past it's prime and was un-fixable, that we needed to just get a whole new unit. First Time Heating & Air came out and repaired the unit in less than an hour and it is blowing frosty air as I write this, thanks guys you saved us a bunch.

We were required to use this company for our AC problems, because we were assigned to them by our home warranty program. They said they'd arrive between 8 am - 12 pm. I'm no fool, and I know that sometimes service companies are late, but I've always at least gotten a call saying they are running behind and usually an apology with an estimate of what time they think they'll be there. At 11:30, I CALLED, not the other way around, to inquire of their expected arrival time. She said they would definitely be there by 12. At 1:30 the receptionist called to say they were on their way, no apology for being almost 2 hours late after a 4 hour window of my wasted time. But this time I politely told her we wouldn't be using them as I had had to leave the house and go on with my day. She promptly hung up on me. Rude, unprofessional, immature receptionist. I can only imagine the character of the rest of the company. Steer clear. I will be calling my home warranty company back and insisting on our go-to company Executive Heating & Air who always does a fabulous job for us.
