I called Burner King after my boiler was broken.The office staff was very professional and helpful. Bryan the technician came out that same day to give me an estimate and the following day my new boiler was installed. For me customer service is everything The moment I spoke with Bryan I felt at ease and was sure that he would help with the process of getting me hot water which I did not have for days. Thank you so much Bryan and the technicians who did a fierce job of installing and cleaning up! Thanks to those I spoke with on the phone for your kindness and professionalism. Originally I put one star on the review after their incorrect installation and it didn't pass village inspector's inspection. After I made my complaint, they followed up and corrected immediately,. plus technician Eddie was very thoughtful and good work ethics. So I am giving the company a 4 stars upgrade. On 6/13/2019 Hi Brain, Please see attached inspection reports. 8xx Hawkins ave, Navien gas conversion $7625. paid in full on 6/5/2019. Plumbing inspector required the drain to be located in sink drain, not the waste line. in case the waste pipe can backup into the new unit and causing damage. I am not happy that your worker drilling a hole on the waste pipe. it can cause leaking once you remove it. Since the job didn't pass inspection. inspector has to come back to re-inspect. see attached additional re-inspection fee $150 that we paid today to the village of Lake grove. We assume you will reimburse me as our contract agreement. Please correct your errors ASAP. If you have any questions, you can contact inspector (see attached). On 6/17/2019 Third request to schedule plumbing correction according to village plumbing inspector. (didn't pass the inspection). Damaged waste pipe & incorrect connection, it can cause future leaks. We are unable to move in to the house. I extended my moving days and paid the landlord additional rent by day. it causing me financial loss for renting, and I can't move in. Please have it solved ASAP. (see attached Consumer Affair form that I am prepared to send). Hope you can correct the work as inspector's request ASAP. 6/17/2019 Brook called and schedule technician Eddie come over. Eddie came and checked the problem, and he told us that he needs to get the material and come back tomorrow. 6/18/2019 Eddie called 30 minutes before his arrival. it was raining, he put the cloth on the floor and made sure he didn't get the wood floor wet, he did a nice and tidy work, he fixed all the problems. 6/20/2019 I received my $150 refund from their office. I got a Certificate from village of lake grove building department for gas conversion.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The installers are good guys but the owner is dismissive and unresponsive. Follow up by inside staff was not good either. If you have any issues it will take them forever to fix the situation, especially if they have been paid in full! Look elsewhere for your burner and heating needs.

I don’t usually write reviews. But this company is by FAR one of the BEST I’ve incountered on Long Island! They serviced my furnace on short notice and they were very professional, carasmatic, and personable. Richie correctly diagnosed my oil furnace issue. Overall I’ve had a beyond positive experience wit this company. I thank Richie for his speedy and accurate service!

Day 3 of a technician coming to see why my heat keeps coming on when the thermostat is turned off. They don't give you a time so someone basically has to be here all day waiting (you know, because our time isn't important). The guy that came on the second day supposedly fixed the problem the first day he was here (I was not here at the time). He didn't and we had to have him come again the next day. When he came the second time, I was here. He didn't fix the problem, but made a diagnosis and said he detached a wire that was causing the problem. He said the heat would not come on again without me turning it on, but the wire issue had to be fixed. It came back on though. I had to keep the furnace off or else it was so hot in here, that my dog would actually get sick. The guy also smelled like alcohol, but, not knowing him or wanting to get to close, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He seemed to be acting normally. I found out later, that when he left, he ran over my landlord's stoop damaging it, as well as knocking off a cesspool cover that had recently been installed (although it had a cone near it). Luckily, no one fell in the open cesspool (my landlord has small children) and my landlord discovered it in time to recover it. I suggest this company check out its employees. The tech that came today seemed okay. He stated that the thermostat was bad and that the prior tech had left something open (some handle) which is why it was still getting hot. Now, just waiting to see what happens from here. But. the owner definitely needs to check out his employees.
