Crawford Basements

We hired Crawford Basements to waterproof our basement and install a dehumidifier, back-up sump pump and replace our existing sump pump. The team was extremely professional and helped answer any questions we had. They did the work in a timely matter and was cost-effective. They also were available by phone on a Sunday when we had additional water/damage problems. They came out and assessed our situation (without charge) and instructed us what to do. We hired Crawford Basements to help with a very moist basement and crawl space. We had mold - and we needed to get that taken care of ASAP. Dave came out to give us a quote and was very knowledgeable and professional. We had received estimates from at least 5 different companies and decided to go with Crawford because their price point seemed to be very fair and the knowledge that Dave had about why they use certain products and did or did not do certain procedures was top notch. We are super thankful for all of the hard work from the Crawford Basement guys!! It was definitely a hot week that they got our job done during and they had to contort themselves into not the most comfortable of spaces to get our basement and crawlspace waterproofed. We are so happy with the outcome and would 100% recommend them for any kind of basement waterproofing project! Dave even went above and beyond and put in an extra support post in our basement because he found that the original was barely attached to anything -- scary!! This truly shows that they don't just care about making money, they care about their customers and their health and safety. There is such a huge difference in our space!

Very happy to share that the 5 star rating is no joke. We have a Crawford Basement. The put in a custom sump pump system to deal with the large amount of water under our. House. We went downstairs and noticed water all over our basement. Dave from Crawford was at our house in an instant trying to diagnose what happened to the sump pump. He came back three different times until the problem was solved. The sump pump needed to be replaced. Never seen a company stand by there product like that. Dave was great. Highly recommended!!’

Dave and his staff were extremely professional and accommodating. They stuck to their timeline and cleaned up when they were done. It has been almost six months and we could not be happier with the results. Our basement constantly had water coming in through the walls anytime there was significant rain. Our basement is perfectly dry at all times now and our dehumidifier does not have to run 24/7 anymore. Dave made sure we were happy every step of the way and kept us updated with any issues. On the last day after the job was finished my wife, who was home alone and is terrified of bees, found a bee in our kitchen. Dave was sitting in his truck in our driveway ready to leave. My wife asked him if he would kill it for her and without hesitating Dave said of course. I know it’s small but it just shows the type of service they offer and I know it meant a lot to my wife. Dave also followed up with us a few months later asking how everything was working and answered a few of my questions I had. I highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Crawford Basements! Dave and his crew did an excellent job waterproofing our basement, and my husband and I couldn't have been happier with the level of service we received. The crew arrived on time everyday and were super polite and friendly to my almost two year old and myself. I couldn't believe how hard they worked each day and finished the job right on schedule. Dave would periodically stop in to check up and help on the project and provide us with any necessary updates. One day about twenty minutes after Dave and the crew finished for the day, I heard a noise coming from the basement that I had never heard before (They had to remove the basement stairs that day, so I couldn't get down there myself!). I called Dave up and he immediately came back over and solved the problem. You will not be disappointed with the level of customer service you'll receive! Everything about Crawford Basements has exceed my expectations and has raised the bar for other home service companies. I wish I could hire them for all my home repair needs!
