I recently switched to Innovative when I learned that my previous AC service company went out of business without telling their customers. The office staff at Innovative has been pleasant to deal with and very responsive. They patiently answered many questions I had and were very straight forward about their services and pricing. Antonio, their service tech, is knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I am always wary when starting with a new service provider but I can honestly say that Antonio and Innovative have exceeded my expectations so far. I’m very glad to have found them!

Highly recommend this company. Everyone was helpful, professional, made appropriate recommendations (another company had given me an absurd estimate and tried to scare me into doing it), cleaned up completely after the job, fair price. John priced and supervised the job. The woman in the office was on top of it, confirmed all the scheduling ( and returned my check for a new one when I overpaid). John is very knowledgeable about all matters plumbing and attic insulation. A good experience.

Antonio performed our annual HVAC maintenance. He delivered positive customer experience. He is skillful, friendly, helpful, informative and efficient when it comes to performing his tasks. We talked like a friend and he is very courteous.

After reading a response from Mr. Michael A. Carlo, President of Innovative Air Solutions. All we can say to consumers is STAY AWAY from this company and if you ever had a problem with them, report to Westchester County Department of Consumer Protection, Division of Trades Licensing. Mr. Michael A. Carlo threatened me to ruin my reputation publicly. If I will be involved in an accident or crime (such as assault and/or damage to the property) from now on, he or his people/friends would be suspect. I would like record this as I am genuinely scared of and threatened by Mr. Carlo. --------Original Message----------------------- I would give negative five star if I can. They do not deserve even 1 star (Do not trust 5 stars reviews from their friend and families.). Not only incompetent, just corrupt and dishonest throughout company. We hired them to install $5000+ AC system. There was so many issues such as AC doesn't produce cold air, remote control system was installed in the boiler room (yes, "remote" control in the basement), AC duct they worked with was damaged that leaked cold air all over (as a result the cold air was not produced enough in dedicated residential area). But the worst was there attitude once all these problems were reported (complaint) and how they dealt with. They argued forever and took month of email exchange until finally showing up reluctantly to find out the problems. Make the matter worse, they could not fix the problems and left . After that, we received a long email making excuse that they did everything and it is working as "expected". Instead of solving issue professionally, not only running away but also they even personally attacked us saying as if we created the damage ourselves!! Why would anyone do that after spending $$$$ expecting comfortable air system? When we finally reached the President of the company by phone after a year, he said he knew that there was a problem and they could not fix it. Then what? He told me with laughter "warranty is expired" so we should hire whoever we want to fix the dysfunctional system they sold!! We realized why he did not respond so long even though we reported the problem from day1. He was buying a time! Totally corrupt. This is the corporate culture of this company. I have to note that his attitude was unacceptably rude to me. He was condescending and even threatening (yes, I am NOT white and I am a woman). It turned out that they sold us old system that as they could not provide the manual that should come with new system despite of repeated request. What they are doing is fraud and crime, not a business. Frankly, their license should be suspended or revoked.

Fantastic service from knowledgable service tech. Took the time to edcuate me and slowly explain the details of what he was doing and how I could better care for my systems in the future. 100% will be using their services again. Thanks so much
