The kind of guy that doesn't call back for a week, then no-shows a scheduled appointment and never communicates to you after. We actually hired him several times and have always been disappointed with the lack of response. Last straw, hired someone else to change the water heater that Jim installed just* a few years ago. Interesting enough, the plumber I hired said that the previous install wasn't even up to code.... Good ole Jim T.
