Connecticut Dry Basements

We had Ct Dry Basements install a sump pump in our basement about 6 months ago. They did a very professional job including cleaning up afterward. I feel the cost of the job was also very reasonable for the quality of work that was done. We are actually having Ct Dry Basements come back and install a second sump pump for us on the other side of the basement. We have only great things to say and we highly recommend this business. Fantastic service and peace of mind - I had water in my basement after a heavy rain, and it’s where my home business is and many of my valuables. Within 2 days of the flooding, CT Dry had installed a new sump pump system and solved the problem. I was able to leave for vacation the next day knowing that my house would stay dry. Thanks!

Terrible customer service. They are super helpful and responsive when they are selling to you, but if you need help after the fact you are stuck with an answering service and crossing your fingers that someone will respond. Crew is rude and unprofessional. Women beware, they speak to you like you're an idiot and treat you disrespectfully. I lashed out at them for being rude and disrespectful and they walked out on a repair job (without fixing anything). Buyer beware. Price isn't everything.

Rich and his crew were great to deal with! And their quote came in less than competitors in the area, which I was very happy with. CT Dry Basements was very timely in their email and phone call correspondence. They were very prompt in responding for a quote and setting up the construction date. Construction took less than a day. I was very happy with the results of the sump pump and perimeter drain installation. We immediately saw results in our basement. I would definitely recommend using CT Dry Basements over their competitors in the future. Thanks again guys!

This company gets 5 out of 5 and then some. These guys delivered on everything they said they would. My basement is as dry as a bone. Rich and his crew were there on the day and time agreed on and they got down to business right away. Professional, friendly, knowledgable crew. When they finished it was like they were never there.
