I have used Ben Franklin Plumbing twice in the past six months, (for different issues). The first time we called it was a dire emergency. Casey, our technician, arrived very quickly after hours and was very polite. Casey gave us options on what he could do and allowed us to choose which option worked best for us. I felt the price was a very good and fair price for the work we needed. We have since called Benjamin Franklin for another emergency Casey was our technician again. He is extremely pleasant to work with and does top-notch work. I will only use Ben Franklin Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs, either emergencies or non-emergencies. I am glad to have this working relationship with Benjamin Franklin and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for any plumbing needs. Keep up the great work Casey, Benjamin Franklin are blessed to have us, as are all of their customers. Thank you again for such great work and fair prices.

I had an emergency on a Sunday. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing based on recommendations from church members. I was so pleased with their excellent service. Casey came out and did a thorough evaluation and went over everything with me. He resolved the back up I had in both bathrooms. He also checked my hot water heater that needed replacing. He called in Christopher who was also thorough and explained what he was doing and went to work. These men were respectful, prompt, and did an excellent service. They cleaned everything up before leaving. I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

Nathan and Chris were the most upstanding gentlemen the entire time they worked in my home! They advised what needed to be done, carefully explained all of the options I had, saved me a bit of money, and completed rebuilding the tank on my toilet in no time at all. No mess, no cleanup afterwards. If I could give them 10/10 stars, I definitely would! Thanks a lot guys! :)

Nick arrived exactly at time scheduled for service. He was very professional and introduced himself and identified he was the service technician from Ben Franklin Plumbing. In a short period of time located our problem, advised on what needed to be done and why. He proceeded to fix the problem and had the parts available on the truck. They were out here before their scheduled time and assessed my problem right away. It was taken care of immediately and for a reasonable price. The technicians who came out were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them.
