Carlos and his team are amazing and so professional! I had a major flood in my house due to my washing machine malfunctioning. Carlos and his team showed up after hours and went right to work. They were able to save my hardwood floors and completely dry out my house. They were with me every step of the way to ensure everything was taken care of. I had a great experience with ServPro of High Point. Carlos, the owner, came by the very same day I called in about moisture in my ceiling from a recently closed in leaky skylight. He measured the moisture and educated me on how it had already began to dry out on it’s own. He was more worried about doing the right thing by me than doing bad business. Shortly thereafter I needed my ducts cleaned and mold removed, I didn’t consider calling one besides ServPro of High Point. They did an excellent job!!
