Russell is busy because he does great work. He is also extremely communicative, returning calls right away. I really appreciate this about him. He is kind and patient, even at midnight, when we had to bother him with a frozen pipe!

Russ Richardson Plumbing coordinated with my building contractors to remove/reinstall my existing Water Heater (they previously installed that too), and remove/replace my old heating system.
