My family has had four Home Inspections conducted by Adam C. of Inspectisure and I have to say that we could not be any more satisfied and happier with the results. Adam has been a very meticulously detailed and thorough inspector, very professional and always available to his customers, even after the job has been completed and his report drafted, if you have any questions Inspectisure will follow-up and provide you the facts as they are.

Adam was thorough and happy to answer all questions we had during the process. He gave plenty of advice on repair options and the report provided was well organized with photos, came within 2 days and we also got it updated upon request with some additional information. We also got a termite and radon report separately, which we need to provide to our lender (billed as separate service). He and his office staff are responsive over the phone and email. Scheduling was very easy. When he couldn't get into the crawlspace he coordinated to come back in a few days when the crawlspace was emptied to complete the inspection. Very easy to work with and very professional.

BEWARE -- Initially, Inspectisure (and specifically Adam, our inspector) were pleasant to schedule and work with during the inspection. The inspection revealed a list of items that require the seller to fix. Naturally, I called Inspectisure to come back for re-inspection of the fixes. I mentioned the complimentary re-inspection they advertise on their Yelp page when I was asked for a fee in order to re-inspect the house. As soon as I mentioned that the service is complimentary according to your website, their service attitude went downhill. They said that they will send a message to the inspector and he will get back to me. He never did. I left a total of 5 messages, both for the office manager (Julie) and the inspector (Adam). Three weeks went by and I was at my last draw to meet my closing date. I made a last call requesting to speak with the manager in person instead of leaving her messages. She again was not available but luckily the rep (regretably, I forgot her name) I talked was very helpful. I showed her a screenshot of their advertisement and show her their Yelp page specifically says re-inspection is complimentary if the initial inspection was performed with Inspectisure. After talking to someone offline, she agrees to schedule the re-inspection. At the re-inspection date, my real estate agent was there to meet Adam. Adam came completely un-prepared and displayed a disrespectful manner. According to my agent, Adam expressed his displeasure of being there and that he does this on his own time (free of charge) and that we should hurry up. I would be outraged if that was directed at me. He did not do this free of charge. I paid for it and the re-inpsection is part of the overall fee based on their Yelp advertisement. When it came to re-inpsect the attic, he can't do it because he did not bring his ladder. What kind of inspector come to do a house inspection and did not bring a ladder? In short, the re-inspection was a bust. We did not get the re-assurance Inspectisure shall be providing. Luckily those fixes were minor so I decided to seek 2nd opinion later after we bought the house. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND INSPECTISURE if you expect them to honor and promptly address follow-up matters. Customer experience and loyalty are based on how you follow through after the initial service. Inpsectisure (and Adam) failed miserably in this aspect.

We received a home inspection yesterday. Our inspector Adam was so pleasant and answered all of my questions. As a first time home buyer I felt really comfortable learning more about my home as he went over everything. I would highly recommend them. I'm so glad that I found them and this company. The best customer service ever.
