Jessica Tompkins review about company R & M Service Heating, Air, & Plumbing

I will never use them again. I've used them before for plumbing issues and they were good. I had an emergency on a Friday night and called them for a broken pipe, water leaking all over my basement and they told me they didnt service my area, when I told them they had serviced my house before they then proceeded to tell me their plumber wasnt on-call tonight and told me to just find someone else. They could have at least had a back up plumber to help for an emergency . My basement is fully finished and was going to be destroyed. I will never use them again.
