David Mac review about company Benjamin Franklin Plumbing

Very professional staff and plumbers. However, was initially charged $287 to replace fill valve in back of toilet. After finding out the valve costs around $20 dollars and voicing my dissatisfaction, the owner waived the dispatch fee of $79. Wound up paying $202 with taxes. Its sad that I don't know more about plumbing. I would have googled the fix myself. I paid what was owed and will never use their service again. Please verify cost of replacement parts and cross reference that with the quote for services if you use them. I think you will be quite surprised. As for me, I will stick with Google from now on. -Dave
