I called Dynamic (Matt) for a second quote for my water heater. Not only was he $1000 less than the first guy, but he took the time to explain to me the different settings, and what to NEVER set my hot water to (scalding temps). As it was gas, the county inspected / passed us, but the inspector was surprised that I already knew this information...he was impressed by the level of service / teaching that Matt gave, as he said too many homeowners aren’t told, and get burned.
