phoned on Thursday 25th / 11 /2013 and explained that I required a bathroom fitted out, an en.suite and kitchen extension. mr marshall thanked me and said he would visit on Monday 29/11/2013 or maybe he meant 2014, but still no visit, no call, no explanation. UNRELIABLE is probably the nicest word I would use. good luck if you need a plumber. this guy probably isn't one and the work was too much for him. one star is too much
