I would give ) stars if I could! I ordered and paid for a window, was told it would be 1 - 3 weeks, ended up waiting several months after they cancelled my order because the window they sold me was no longer available (of course, they never told me any of this - I was blissfully waiting for the window) When I finally realized what had happened after they had called me down to the store twice to pick up the window the computer said was in the store - even though it had been cancelled - I finally realized what was happening when I got a statement they had refunded my credit card! Over the phone they reordered "the right" window for me - and today the contractor went to install it and it was WRONG! It has a 3 inch jam (and I need it for new construction - so 4+ inch jam required). My contractor is baffled - I called the window manufacturer and they were too- The best home depot offered? An apology. Eventually they offered me a credit for half off the price of the window, but that won't cover all this debacle has cost me.
