The whole process from start to finish was a smooth transaction. We were able to go on their website after hours and upload pictures of the problem and schedule a call back. They immediately called us back to not only schedule an appointment, but also provided a rough estimate!!! The tech can out and not only did he fix the issue, but did an overall check to be sure no other problems existed. He was courteous, clear in communication and overall provided great customer service. The best part is the actual cost came in under the original estimate. So if you ever need plumbing service I highly recommend American Plumbing & Maintenance.
