Rachael Houle review about company Paul W Wilson Plumbing Inc
I would never recommend PWP to anyone of my friends or business partners in the foreseeable future. They falsely and fraudulently “put a claim of lien” on my property using our notice of commencement number as their instrument number on a conditional lien release as a scare tactic in order to get paid. We were in a negotiating battle for a little over 3 months due to an outrageous invoice where they were charging us for work they came to our property to complete for work we’ve already paid for but that they messed up and had to redo. Every time we attempted to communicate with them regarding our final bill Hunter Vann would put it off on someone else and then when we confronted that someone else they’d put it back off on Hunter. They’re terrible to work with, terrible customer/ business partner relations. They never showed up when they said they would. We’d have to wait 1-2 weeks to get anyone out just to fix problems they created or didn’t finish the last time they were out. I wouldn’t waste your time, energy or efforts by investing in them. Plus, everything they did for us had to be corrected by another plumbing service. They’re a joke! If they’d put the customer first, stuck to their word and worked with us, I’d have a lot less to say. As they told me.. “it’s their right to ‘lien’ me” (which I checked with our counties clerk of court there were no liens filed against us)... it’s my right to review their terrible services.
Came same day I called. Excellent service. Very knowledgeable and reasonable. Will always call for plumbing needs. Honest Work.
