Gretchen M Miller review about company Gohn & Stambaugh Inc

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ON A NEW FURNACE/AC SYSTEM AND NOW THE BOSS WHO SOLD ME THE SYSTEM NOW REFUSES TO EVEN RETURN MY CALLS. He shouldn't be dealing with the public as his overall personality isn't inviting in the slightest. On top of that, the AC unit they put in doesn't dehumidify my house when it's on, so it can be freezing in here yet still feel humid, so it doesn't do it's job in making me feel cooler. Researched problem on Google and numerous articles said that the size of the AC is too large for the size of my home. I need to either have the AC replaced or add a dehumidifier to my system. You can bet I won't be paying for anything with the 10 yr. warranty I have. Hopefully, Amana will contact this lousy company and set them straight as ultimately it's their reputation that's also suffering. BUYER BEWARE AND GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE!
