Worst customer service I've seen. Rather then listening to my brother, Bill was constantly interrupting him and accusing him of saying things he didnt. Showed up late REPEATEDLY. Dodged phone calls left and right. Insulted my brother while driving off. He acts like what he says is the law and he knows everything, to the point of being arrogant. I would not reccomend him, and hope those working with him manage to find a better employer. I recommend using Daniell's instead.
