Denise Gunn review about company West Mersea emergency plumber-Boiler repair and new boiler

If I could give a minus I would, called for an emergency plumber as water over the kitchen floor, when he arrived he pulled out the washing machine looked behind the cupboard and told me that I had a problem with the waste riser! And would have to have the kitchen taken out and the floor dug up,Having just had a new kitchen I asked the kitchen company to send some out what they found was the connection to the waste was loose, what I don’t appreciate is being charged 130.00 and all the scare tactics, it would have been nice to have had the correct diagnosis,so don’t use them.
