Scott Baker review about company SERVICE PROS

The guy came out and couldn't even leave me a receipt for the work he did. Charged $400.00 to add freon. $ calls and a month later, I still don't even have a receipt...they keep promising to email it to me...now they're telling me they have no record of it, and maybe it wasn't even them, because they don't do work in Maryland...but when I call the same number I called the first time for the service...I get these guys! I asked them if this number in the yellow pages was them, and they said they don't know! They can't even tell me if this is their phone #?!! Fortunately, I have the cancelled check so I can follow up...but there's something shady about the whole thing. I advise all to stay away from this company.
