Karen Shields review about company Septic Express Plumbing

A year ago, Septic Express came to pump our septic tank. They seemed to do good work. However, we apparently need new drain lines. Ours no longer meet the county code. They said if we jetted the lines that they would warranty their work for a year and if I had an issue within the year they would at least come pump it for free. I agreed and paid $1300. Less than a year later, it backed up again. I called to have them come pump the tank to at least get me by but they refused to uphold the one year warranty.
