ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE Arranged to have our boiler fixed and serviced a month in advance and took 3 days holiday so as to be there. Despite several phone calls Clatworthys were unwilling to give us even a day that the plumber would call but we were assured that he would ring beforehand. Stayed in for 3 1/2 days but no phone call and no plumber. Have no more leave now so we will have no hot water or heating over Christmas with elderly relatives visiting AVOID THIS COMPANY
