I had an issue with my Navien furnace and I tried to fix it myself and made more problem.. I called them to book an appointment or hear any advice. These guys are great. One of their technicians(wish I can remember his name) called me back in 1 hr and explained me what I did wrong and what to do to fix the issue. Furnace is working fine now and I am happy!!
