Leslie Primeau review about company Kawartha Hotwater Plus / Kawartha Home Solutions

When our hot water tank started to leak after 5:00 pm on a weekday, this was one of the first companies that I contacted. I was surprised to have Dan, the owner, answer the phone himself and assure me that he, or another member of his staff, would be able to get to my location at some point the next day. I followed up with a phone call the next morning and spoke with Christine, who could not have been more helpful. Dan arrived, took a look at our problem and, as I suspected, told us that we would need a new water heater (ours was at least 20 years old!). This was at 3:00 on the Friday before a long weekend. I was very pleasantly surprised when Dan offered to drive back to Peterborough to pick up a new tank and then come back to do the installation. I don't believe that I have ever experienced such wonderful customer service from any other company. I would highly recommend this company for any of your needs. We certainly could not have been more pleased.
