Joanie Mackowski review about company Benjamin Franklin Plumbing

Paid $160 to have a guy flush the toilet five times. The serviceman didn't look for the problem. Said the toilet wasn't leaking; said we needed to replace the grout in the shower. Called a guy from Craigs list to look at the grout-- this guy took off an access panel, looked at the pipes, and found the leak in the pipe to the toilet. Since this company charges so much just for a service call, it must not be economical for them actually to look for what's wrong. I saw those other reviews, thought maybe this place had improved--not at all. Beware this company.
