Update from two years later. Problem solved! The owner and his little dog saved me Ten Grand! I had five different plumbers wanting to tear up my property in five different places and then "go from there!" I can't even remember the guys name at this company because it's been so long since my problem was fixed for a hundred and fifty bucks, you forget the people , but after following his easy rational advice/maintenance cure regarding a tree(removed) root infestation my system is 100% to date.
