Eric Taylor review about company Home Services at The Home Depot

We have had one of the worst experiences in dealing with Home Depot and their third party installer for flooring in the last few weeks. The actual product we have no problem with, however their flooring installer JW flooring has been horrible. the flooring install was not done well and peices have come apart and caused falls and in trying to have them come out and fix it they have been nothing but trouble. they don't return calls or keep promises. and home depot has been just as bad. they have not been helpful in resolving the problem. i reccomend not using home depot for flooring install i would not wish this hassle and headache on anyone!!!
