My pipes were frozen due to the extreme cold. I called another plumber but they didn't get around to me after 3 hours. So I called Meyer and Sons. Not only did they come out in 15 minutes, but he picked up my son and I at Culvers and gave us a ride to our house, since my car was in the shop. When we got to the house, my pipes magically were unthawed. He checked that there weren't any leaks and said there was no charge. He definitely went above and beyond.
Had to have a drain pipe replaced. They were great an fast. I called an left a message. With in 30 minutes return my cal. Thank you
At 7am, I called about a clogged sink. Travis was there by 9am and had it fixed within a half-hour. He was efficient and communicated everything well...
Called twice and left a message about having some work done at the house. 3 days later and still no callback. Will never call again
Replace our water heater within a day of it going out. They work quick at a price hard to beat. Highly recommend them for future plumbing need.
