Wow! Really, horrible customer service on the phones. I have a home warranty from a new home purchase. Furnace needs services because it’s leaking water as it’s a boiler system. Home warranty contracted Economy Furnace to do the work. It took them 3 days to call and then said we can stop out in 3 to 4 days. They never called or showed. I called Economy Furnace and the lady who answered was super rude, put me on hold, came back and said we cancelled that service, claims they are too busy with other work and they cancelled via the home warranty company. 40 minutes on hold with my home warranty company to find out they were not notified of any cancellation of service and I’m left with a now broken furnace in the cold. My warranty company now has to schedule another company. Economy furnace needs to communicate better and hire friendlier staff, I’d never call you for service and I will spread the word about how inconsiderate your company is. I received a call from the owner only after the fact the a bad review was left here on google. I was contacted by your company and said someone will be out Mon or Tue, so it is your responsibility as a company to call and explain that you are now not coming. It would have been different if no one reached out to me. This would insure that you won’t run into a “ he said she said” situation. I commend the apology call but I still have a broken furnace.
