Unfortunately, unable to comment on their work as they failed to turn up as they had arranged. I made contact by phone two hours later and left a message to say I had expected them two hours ago, and would they be attending that day, but no return call was ever received. Do wonder why a company agrees a time and a date to undertake the requested work and then fails to turn up. Surely a simple call is not a difficult task to undertake if for whatever they are unable to keep the appointment made. Disappointing service.
