Mike H review about company Plumbing Helper

I asked for a quote and all he could say was time and material.... And he wanted over $100 an hr plus material.... Then I asked how deep a water line had to be to keep from freezing and he said he didn't know... Only after I said it seems that is something a plumber should know he replied.... I know... It's 32" ... That seems a little shady to me... I won't be having him work for me anytime soon or ever.... But if u want to overpay and u like shady talk and secrets... He might be your guy....
