Greys Jorgens review about company Island Plumbing Co Inc

We had an emergency; Everything that used water: Toilet, shower, washing machine and sinks kept backing up and flooding our basement so we placed a call to Island Plumbing and the receptionist had to MAKE this Travis respond to our call. Travis showed up and told us to move everything so he could access the main line pipe and that he would go find "something else" to do while we did it. Moving everything took MAYBE five minutes and he didn't show up for two hours and it took three calls to get a response which was that he wasn't going to do the project. Very unreliable and extremely rude. Would definitely not recommend this companies services.
