Kei Clan review about company Estes Pro Plumbing

We called about a leak in our basement that we assumed was coming from a busted pipe behind the wall, after our thorough Google diagnosis. We even thought we pinpointed the faucet so we stopped using that faucet and called Estes. He came on time and located the problem in about 5 minutes. It was the HVAC leaking in the water closet. I appreciate that Stacey was honest and told us that while he'd recently completed his HVAC certification, he was not 100% comfortable working on it but he could recommend someone. He did say the leaking HVAC was likely due to the drain pipe that was going uphill &since water doesnt flow up, it was likely backing up in the system. We asked him to fix the drain pipe and that seemed to have solved the problem. Its been almost a week and there is no more leaking. The inspector should have flagged this issue when we purchased the house! Anyway, Stacey's price was reasonable and he was honest and professional. He will definitely be our go-to for any future plumbing needs.
