Crystal User review about company Donathan Pumping Services Inc

Calling different septic tank companies for a year now. Still no one has came out to repair my grandmothers septic tank. This company in particular I’ve been calling since end of August. Was told someone would be out by October 31st. I kept calling and calling and calling. I was assured someone would be out, but they never gave me a date and time. Now November I call and they tell me they have been busy. Ground is wet. Okay I understand. But then she said her boss would call me, each day I waited for his phone call and nothing. I don’t know how you stay in business when you don’t follow up on your schedule. Now I have to start over again trying to find someone to come out and look at my 76 year old grandmas septic system.
