Zachary Schulz review about company Home Services at The Home Depot

Do not have Home Depot install your carpet or other floors. We bought carpet from them and the install was contracted to Ultimate Installations. It was a headache including 3 week lead time to install, the foreman couldn't speak English, the threw cigarette butts in my yard, and worst of all they stapled padding and tack strips on my newly finished wood floor. Apparently they didn't look at the drawing first and later realized there wasn't enough carpet. It's now been two weeks after the first install and I still don't have the floor fixed. Either insist on not using Ultimate Installations or buy your flooring elsewhere. Home Depot has made no mention of compensation.
