Russell Edkins review about company Acorn Plumbing & Heating

I've used these guys a couple of times to check my gas appliances for a landlords gas certificate. One engineer told me to remove the boiler cover before he could inspect it, another didn't (so God only knows what, if anything, he checked) . They didn't bother to show up at all for the most recent appointment. Waited for them to turn up outside my tenants house for half an hour. No call to say they were running late. Called them, got an answer phone, left a message, no reply. Not even the courtesy of an apology since. Certainly wont be using them again.
