Brian Ellerbroke with Mr. Rooters is awesome! He is kind and professional and I don't feel judged at all. He gets things done quickly and seems to be very knowledgeable and didn't mind crawling in the dirt to fix a part of my issue (crawlspace). The person who made my appointment was very kind as well and was able to get someone out here the same day when I noticed my water tank on my toilet was leaking. BADLY. They got out here in like 3 hrs from when I called. I have to tell you that since I've moved to Sioux Falls that it's a rarity for people to actually show up when they say they will or at all. As someone who works in customer service I gotta say that I am very impressed. I plan on using this company for all my electrical, plumbing, and hvac needs. So glad they were recommended to me!!!
