Dan Deceuster review about company Home Services at The Home Depot

I've got to say, getting a small cabinet job done with Home Depot has been extremely aggravating. The installers were great. The guy at Home Depot was great. But they don't actually do the orders. They order things from other companies. So the cabinet delivery was a nightmare because no one was communicating. The countertop is an ongoing nightmare because days after the cabinets were installed they called to tell me they just got the order. They should have had that order weeks ago and sent someone out to do the template already. Very unprofessional, very poor communication, very poor collaboration between everyone. What a mess and weeks of needless waiting.
