Nothing is said to the homeowner and American continues to give assurances they are negotiating the needed repairs with the manufacturer stalling for time as the work order for repair is good for only 30 days. At the end of the day your item is not repaired and American has submitted a false claim to the company so the claim is denied and product not repaired.
