Kathy Richards review about company All About Plumbing

I have used this plumbing company since I bought my house six years ago, service WAS great. Something changed at this company. Two days in a row he was a no-show. The first time, I only got a text, 2 and a half hours after my scheduled appointment, just said he got caught up on a job and asked if we could reschedule at my convenience. I texted back that was fine and same time tomorrow? They confirmed that worked. Next day, hour and a half later, no show no contact. Called a new plumber, and will refer new plumber to anyone. Repent business and word of mouth business is important. Nice guy, just bad customer service.
