Crap service, low quality, would be impossible be any less concerned about the customer. Replaced underground gas line due to suspected (but not confirmed leak). Turns out the plumber's own fitting used for pressure testing was insecure, along with a union that was insecure. And they have not found the problem yet!! Instead of working late on Friday or working on Saturday, they chose to leave me with no hot water (and a lotta cold showers) for nearly a week (and we're still not done, which means more cold showers). Do yourself a LARGE favor and avoid these ding-dongs!!!!!!!!!!
