Answered my call promptly. Charged £200 for first hour of an emergency call out- fine if crazy money, it was an emergency. A rude and surly plumber turned up at the end of the time slot promised. identified cause of leak after a few minutes - apparently a cracked shower tray (upon checking this diagnosis proved inaccurate! problem was a silicone seal issue) and said that he couldn't do anything- fair enough, not a real plumbing problem. When asked to double check the cause said that he'd done what he was paid for. When pressed went round the rest of the house looking for unrelated problems. Tenants couldn't wait to get rid of him and felt there home had been invaded by a bullying individual. the overall attitude made me wonder if it was just a scam company, so much so that I cancelled the debit card I'd used to pay with.
