Gertie Twoshoes review about company Bourne to Plumb LTD Plumbing & Heating Engineers

My neighbour recommended I contact this company with regards to getting a leak in my bathroom fixed. I emailed and left a voice mail message, had no response so phoned the landline number shown on the website and left a message with a lovely lady. I later received a call from a gentleman who quite rudely told me he was 65 and retired, was only dealing with his regular customers and was not looking for any new business! I have to ask the question, why advertise on a website that you offer all these different services, then when a customer contacts you, you say you are not interested in their business? Hmmmmmmm, needless to say I went elsewhere.
