Matt review about company Portage Septic Tank

DO NOT USE Extremely poor customer service. Every time they came out to my property they were rude, arrogant, and accusatory to myself and my family. They would without fail find something wrong with our septic system that was “not covered” in the service contract every single year during inspection. We finally felt as if we were being scammed and had other inspectors come look at our system. All “necessary” repairs this company kept pushing were cosmetic and superficial at best. They will take advantage of you if you do not have knowledge of septic systems. I highly urge anyone who lives in portage county to NOT call Portage Septic Tank. I would leave a 0 star review if possible.
