We had to call out Multiplumb when our boiler started to leak. We spoke to Kerry to book an appointment, and she arranged for Rich to visit our property ASAP. Rich visited us at the specified time as was able to fix our leaking boiler on the spot. The customer service was amazing & Rich who came out was professional, efficient and extremely polite.
